Returns & Refund

Opened medicines cannot be returned.

Check at the door

Please check the seal, the name, the strength and the expiry date in front of the rider. If anything is wrong, damaged or expired, tell the rider or call us — we replace it the same day.

What we can and cannot take back

• Medicines cannot be returned once the seal or strip is opened, for everyone’s safety.
• Wrong, damaged or expired items are always replaced or refunded.
• Unopened, sealed health products and devices can be returned within 3 days.
• Devices with a warranty are repaired or replaced under the warranty shown on the product page.

How to start

• Call or message us with your order number, or use Track Order to find it.
• Tell us what is wrong and, if possible, send a photo.
• We arrange the pickup or replacement — usually within 2–3 days.

Refunds

Refunds go back to the way you paid — bKash, Nagad or card — within 3–7 working days after we receive the item. For cash on delivery we refund by bKash or Nagad. Need help? Write to hello@sustho.example.
